EASING into LOVING Motion
I used to think motion design wasn't for me. I took two motion classes this year that started to change my mind. In Motion 02, we did a project creating lyric videos. Sometimes it is hard to feel inspired right away, but with this project, I just wanted to dive right in.
For my thesis, I chose to work on my motion design skills. I did this by creating four motion sprites with the content of lyrics to love songs from my music library that are constantly on repeat. The aesthetic and easing of each song changes based on the genre and tempo of the song. The use of tutorials for each sprite aided my growth, helping me reach my goal of improving my motion skills.
